The Masson Medical Policy for Interactions with United States Health Care Providers and Professionals

Establishes specific guidelines for our interactions with U.S. Healthcare providers and professionals.

Document provides an overview of our Legal Compliance Program and our commitment to operating within the applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

The CMS open payments website provides information about Masson Medical Manufacturing LLC’s financial relationships with healthcare providers, as well as providers’ relationships with other companies.

Adherence to local laws on Employment Practices

Masson Medical abides by local laws in countries around the world on employment policy. As of April 1, 2025, all former Masson Medical policies and documents concerning DEI initiatives in the United States are amended to adhere to U.S. Executive Orders relating to DEI issued in January 2025. Any document, content or policy created previous to this date is superseded and replaced.
